First Time Customers

Prior to placing a first order with Medsmex.com we want you to understand how the process of ordering works!

After placing your order thru our online store you will be given an order confirmation number that is eight digits long. This confirmation will only come to you provided that you confirm your email address during check-out. PLEASE WRITE THIS NUMBER DOWN as you will need it to check the status of your order. The first email confirmation that you receive will be a initial confirmation that your order is pending, you will receive a second email confirmation when your order has been shipped. If for any reason your order is not processed, you will receive an email from us stating the reason.

• For our first time customers we will NOT accept orders over $300
• We will not process orders for any more than 8 orders of any one medicine. However, you may order as many different products as you wish. (For example: You may order 8 orders of Xenical, 2 orders of Prilosec, 3 orders of Biaxin but you CANNOT place an order for 10 orders of Xenical.)
• All products you order must be ordered strictly for your own personal use.
• Please do not order products which you are not familiar with and have a safe history with. Our site is not to be used for self diagnosis. We are unable to provide you with information related to what the products are used for, how to take a product, side effects caused by a product, etc.
• All products come sealed in the original manufacturers sealed containers, all labeling is in Spanish.

• Credit Card orders are sent to our merchant bank in Mexico for processing, verification may take 24 to 72 hours, upon approval your order will be processed. All transactions are converted from US Dollars to Pesos and there may be a slight difference in amounts that appear on your credit card statement due to the currency conversion rate changing daily. This amount will not exceed $2.00
• PayByCheck orders are submitted thru an outsourced company, allowing our customer to purchase their products using an online check system. Verification of funds takes 5 to 7 days, upon approval, your order will be processed.
• Check or Money Orders, orders will be processed upon receiving payment at our US customer service office. If your check is returned as Non-Sufficient Funds your account will be immediately turned over to our collection service and you will be charged an additional fee and we will not take orders from you in the future.

• Delivery of your package will take 10 to 21 Business days if you choose Standard Shipping. Delivery of your package will take approx. 7 to 10 Business days if you choose Express Shipping.
• All packages are mailed from Mexico City and they are sent thru the Mexican Postal Service by registered mail.
• Packages are sent thru Customs upon entering the United States and all packages are available for inspection.
• Upon delivery of your package you will be required to sign a orange register card, confirming delivery. This register card is then returned to the shipping office within Mexico City.
• You will find an “Actual” return address on the package you receive. If for any reason you need to return a product the package will need to be mailed back to the address given on the package you receive. Please contact our support office at 1-866-891-5693 for a Return Authorization Form if you need to return a product for any reason.
• If delivery of your package is attempted and you are not available for signature, you should be left a notice from your local post office stating that you will need to pick up your package at your local post office. Once delivery is attempted, it is your responsibility to pick up your package. If your package is returned to our offices in Mexico City because delivery was not successful we will only re-ship your package if you contact us and if you pay an additional $10.00 shipping fee.
• Cancellation of orders are not accepted after 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to decline signature upon delivery of your order, the package will be returned to our offices in Mexico City and after receiving your package back at our shipping department a refund will be issued minus your initial shipping fee. Please understand that it may take 4 to 6 weeks to receive a package back to our shipping department.
• All customer personal information gathered by Medsmex.com is kept private. We do not rent, sell or trade personal information about our customers.
• Medsmex.com does not participate in affiliate programs. We do not use outsourced drop shippers for any products sold by us to our customers and all products sold come directly from Mexico. We do not buy products from India or any other third world country.
