Please note that before we can refund or reship an order, we need the following information to confirm that we received your order and payment. You will need your Americart order confirmation e-mail to complete this Return/Refund Form.

RETURNS: We will gladly refund your purchase price (less shipping costs) on any unopened products returned to us within 45 days of the purchase date. All returns REQUIRE an RMA issued by email request. NO EXCEPTIONS.

REFUSED DELIVERY: All orders returned as refused delivery, unclaimed or cancelled before receipt of products, the customer is responsible for shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee. If an item is mis-ordered or ordered in error, it must be returned. Due to our same day processing, orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
